About Fabián Alvarado

With more than 18 years in audit, tax and fiscal consulting, Fabián is an MA in Tax Advisory and a Certified Public Accountant with specializations in tax compliance and payroll. He has led accounting, tax and treasury departments across various industries, managing start-up processes and financial-accounting stabilization. His experience covers external audits, financial restructuring and end-to-end accounting cycle management. 

He is currently a Partner at HLB Costa Rica, a member firm of HLB Global, ensuring the application of high international standards in each project. His focus is on continuous process improvement and delivering comprehensive solutions that support his clients’ strategic decisions.
