About Carlos Morales

Carlos Morales is a serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in his own and third-party ventures. He has deep expertise in strategic management and planning, particularly in communication and marketing. 

He holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the Tecnológico de Costa Rica and studied Collective Communication (journalism emphasis) at the University of Costa Rica. He is soon to complete his MA in Tax Advisory at the Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional. 

His analytical and managerial skills have enabled him to lead teams for clients of every size, including global projects managed from Central America. 
Carlos has worked with Grupo Camacho Internacional for over nine years—first as an external provider and, since 2019, as part of the firm’s leadership team. 

He leads Central America’s digital-business initiatives for Grupo Camacho Internacional, integrating technology and business processes to facilitate tax compliance, digital transformation and operational optimization. At HLB he plays an active role in HLB Digital and on the leadership team of the HLB Brighter Future Community.
